4. Compliance with Certain Restrictions Relating to the Arisaig Funds

The Arisaig Group Entities and the Arisaig Funds may be subject to restrictions under the law of jurisdictions in which any Arisaig Group Entity seeks to provide offering materials, subscription documents and other documents relating to an Arisaig Fund, to make offers to sell shares of an Arisaig Fund, or to solicit offers to buy shares of an Arisaig Fund.
