We will take steps to ensure that access to personal data is restricted to Arisaig Partners employees who have a legitimate interest in the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.   • if we sell any of our business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective buyer for due diligence purposes;

5. How long we keep your data for

How long we hold your personal data for will vary and will be determined by the following cumulative criteria:
